A Mobile Application that facilitates to the owners the management of their accommodations and the update of the availability of their rooms in the calendar, through a set of online functionalities or SMS messaging.
Access to the MyCasaRenta application and enter your Lodging Code and Password in the home screen. This step should be done online only the first time for the application to synchronize the data with the information of its hosting stored in the MyCasaParticular site. Note that with the new version, from the home page you can also reset your password in case of forgetting.
Update your Availability by room, selecting in the Calendar the range of days in which each room will be free or occupied, except for those indicated in blue corresponding to the days reserved through MyCasaParticular. When you finish all the desired changes, you must activate the Synchronize Changes button, visible in the lower middle of the screen, to update the information on the site by online or SMS messaging (without internet connection).

• Availability: Modify the calendar of your availability per room.
• Reservations: Ordered list of reservations (blue color) and non-availabilities (orange color) in all rooms of your accommodation. Allows modification or elimination of non-availability
• Prices: Modify the prices of each room according to the season.
• Statistics: Shows the statistics of the room in the current month
• Notifications: List of inactive notifications (possible to be deleted)
• Download All: Restore application data with the latest information published on the MyCasaParticular website.
• Logout: Close the authenticated user's active session
